Frequently Asked Questions

What counties in Indiana do you travel to?

While much of our practice is in Hamilton, Boone, and Hendricks County, we accept cases in other surrounding counties as well.

What are your fees?

Our consultations are scheduled for 1 hour and the cost of the consultation is $250.  Typically, family law cases are billed at an hourly rate and require the payment of a retainer fee.  The retainer fee is based upon the issues in the case and will be discussed with you during your consultation.  Most criminal defense cases are a flat fee which is determined by the pending charges.  A consultation is not required for criminal cases.

What can I expect at the initial consultation?

When you come in for a consultation, you will meet with the attorney to discuss your case.  After you have provided the attorney with information concerning the matters in your case, the attorney will then guide you through what your rights are and options that you may have.  After the consultation, you are not obligated to retain our firm although we hope you will.  If you do decide to retain our firm, you may do so the day of your consultation or anytime thereafter.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, cashier’s check, money orders, and credit/debit cards.
